Working on a New Bokashi Project. Should have some news in the next couple of weeks.
Cannot say anymore at this stage but to say it will be affordable.
Specifically, this blog has general Bokashi Composting information on Bucket Systems and the use of Bokashi One Powder. Blogger is based in Australia/NZ. View videos and read about Aussie/NZ ECO events, general tips on Bokashi Composting and related topics etc.

Power Bills
Good Evening. Just had a frightening FB message from a friend that received a AUD$1113.00 Power Bill.
Power Bills are a big issue at the moment. I have been listening to a few of the talkback shows. You are not alone. If you can afford solar, then go for it!! (there are reasonable finance options even).
Finally after 5 years of nagging, I just turned 3 x Hot water cylinders down from 70degs to 65 degs. That will also make a huge difference.

A long-term solution for E-Waste :: Sydney Media :: City of Sydney
I used this service recently and it felt great to be taking my old computer to a place that manage the process efficiently. This certainly beats seeing all the computers just dumped in the streets.
Don’t save your old CRT Monitor, take it to one of the next collections and feel good too!

Finishes 12:30pm. Great Carboot Sale, I have already picked up some great items. Idea being that a lot of this stuff will not end up in landfill.
Farmers market also is very good.

Randwick Council 150th Anniversary
Just a quick wrap up. Weather was fine. Well organised again, as is their annual sustainability event that has been at the community centre.
Good interest in the Green Frog Bokashi Bucket. Jane Saville bought 2 x Green Frog Bokashi Buckets, so they must be good, right?
Have a safe and enjoyable weekend!!

Heatwave?
Feeling the heat in Australia? Warm days will likely accelerate the fermentation of the Green Frog Bokashi system. Time to bury, this Australia Day weekend!! Let me know if you have any questions.

applications
I had an enquiry about how often Bokashi juice can be applied to plants/foliage etc. Personally, I don't know of any scientific advice to support this question. However, I apply bokashi juice weekly to potted plants and herbs and tomatoes and they are all doing quite well.
If you are concerned, then maybe "water out" every 2 weeks and monitor. We have customers who apply bi-daily to vegetrable patches and swear by it. You need to experiment yourself. We have had horror stories once of somebody using Bokashi juice neat (without dilution) and it killed their prized native plant.
I am not going to comment any further, would suggest gardening forums for further proof of evidence. Many Thanks.
